The best diet plan is the one that fits for our needs. Personally, at a nutritionist's recommendation, I've started to follow the Ideal Protein Mississauga diet program, because he said that with its help I will get rid of my extra pounds... in a healthy way and not by keeping a drastic weight loss diet. Until now, I'm seeing some changes, but I'm looking forward to see the final result.
